When it comes to Mother's Day, which the National Restaurant Association says is the most popular holiday of the year to dine out, it's important as a franchise restaurant to make sure those guests come back.
Recently, Restaurant Hospitality looked at home some concepts are making sure that Mother's Day turns into an opportunity to generate repeat customers.
“Our customer base is 67 percent women, and that number grows 25 percent on Mother’s Day,” Robert Maynard, Co-founder and CEO of Famous Toastery, told Restaurant Hospitality. “We’ve given mothers flowers in the past, but this year we wanted to give them something they could use in the future.”
