The popular breakfast and brunch restaurant is continuing its expansion throughout the Charlotte area.
Famous Toastery continues to expand in the Charlotte region. With a Rock Hill location slated to open later this year, an uptown location expected for June and a second Mooresville location is expected by summer.
Robert Maynard, founder and CEO of Famous Toastery, expects to have around 25 locations in the Charlotte area in the next two years, huge growth from the existing nine.
Stacy and Chuck White, a local Charlotte couple, are opening the newest Mooresville location. The couple owns the other Mooresville location.
"We hadn't realized how excited our customers would be for us to expand down there," Stacey told the reporter of the first Mooresville area.
The first Famous Toastery was opened in Huntersville in 2005.
"The goal was never to be a chain," Maynard told the reporter.
